Weight check

Right, so they say the best time to weigh yourself is once a week, so i have picked a saturday morning, like you do, roll out of bed and get on the scales. I am currently weighing in at 16.13 stone, which is heavy for my liking. Been doing my weights last night, and hopefully this week i can get back to the gym to hit the cardio machines.

Gym and the naturally fit

After having chats with slim and that, seeing the results of gym work, i was asked, do i want to sort myself out? do i want to lose weight, do i want to feel and look good for once in my life? 30 years and 7 days too late? Yes, yes, and yes!!

As well as that, this concluded with a trip to Luton with the boys to have a munch, ended up saying yes to a membership at rileys, and loosing every game at pool an all.
